About Me

I am Caitlin Andrews, a true teachaholic from deep in the heart of Texas. I teach 5th grade in one of the suburbs of Dallas, at the exact same Elementary School that I attended 15 years ago! Over the span of my teaching career, I've taught all subjects, but am currently teaching reading, writing and
social studies. I have been graced with the opportunity to teach a very wide variety of students, including those in the Gifted and Talented program. Teaching is a passion I have had my entire life and I love every minute of it.

My newest and most important job is as a mommy to my precious baby boy, Jackson. My husband is also a teacher so many of the conversations in our house revolve around school, curriculum, data and lesson plans--romantic, I know ;) and I wouldn't have it any other way!
